March 22nd, 2012

Hello, my name is Mateus Franke Milkem, I'm Brazilian, I'm 14 years old, I was born in Uberlandia but I live in Martinopolis, a small town.
I learned how to speak English alone, by watching movies and listening to music. I speak English since I was 10 years old.
When I turned 13, I decided to get a job, so I went to an English school close to my house then I got the job.
Some days ago, I was in a normal day of classes when my English teacher asked me if I would want to be part of the “Connecting Classrooms” project and I said that it would be an amazing idea, I got excited.
So, I'll show you some parts of my daily routine that I will divide in topics: Morning, afternoon and night.
·         Morning: I was 15 minutes late to school, I put my clothes on faster than the normal and I left my house. Arriving there, I saw my friends and my teachers. Everything normal and quiet. I had 2 math's classes, I'm not very good at this subject, I try to understand what the teacher is teaching but sometimes it seems impossible, but it's not, I just have to study hard, that's what I'll do to take a good grade on the test.
·         Afternoon: I arrived home from school and I had lunch, then I remembered that I had to do my homework and housework. Today they weren't so hard, and I finished very fast. I took a shower and went to the English school that I mentioned here.
·         Night: When I left the school, it was raining. I got too angry because my umbrella is broken and I didn't take it to the school. I finally got home, then I took another shower, I called my friends and now I'm here writing and I'm gonna sleep now because tomorrow I've got to face another day.
I like a lot of this new experience and I hope you too.
A big hug and good night!
